COYOTE POOLS, LLC offers full refunds for stock tank pool packages (minus a credit card processing refund fee + $150 re-stocking fee) if requested within 14 days of purchase.

 

There are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS accepted once a pool has been delivered/installed.

Custom Hard Foam Covers

COYOTE POOLS, LLC does NOT offer refunds ONCE YOUR Custom Coyote Cover has been ordered with the manufacturer.

 

Refunds requested after a delivery of CUSTOM COYOTE HARD FOAM COVERS has been delivered are determined on a case by case basis & are determined by the manufacturer.

Heaters & Heater/Chillers

COYOTE POOLS, LLC offers full refunds for our Heater & Heater/Chillers (minus a credit card processing refund fee + re-stocking fee) if requested within 14 days of purchase.

 

All of our Heaters & Heater/Chillers come with a 3 year warranty.

Coyote Moon Decks

COYOTE POOLS, LLC does NOT offer refunds once your Coyote Moon Deck has been ordered.
